- Is there an opportunity within my present position that I could pursue and enjoy?
- Is there an opportunity within my present company but in a different capacity that I could pursue and enjoy?

- What part of my work needs to change the most?
- What part of my work can remain the same?
- What are the payoffs and consequences of leaving my present position (but not company)?
