You are responsible for the accuracy of all information. We will not lie, mislead, or exaggerate your information, and we do not condone plagiarism. We cannot guarantee you will receive consideration or an interview from the resume created from the form. Too many variables are present in the hiring process to make any claims for your success.
Your payment is nonrefundable. There is about a 24-hour period from the time you place your order and fill in the payment information to when we receive confirmation of payment. You may cancel, by email, anytime within the 24-hour period. When we have received confirmation of payment we will begin work on your resume. You understand that writing is a creative process, and as such, is subject to interpretation. The resume you will receive will be acceptable to most, if not all, recruiting and hiring standards even if you may not feel happy with the final product.
An estimated time completion of your resume is five (5) business days (this excludes weekends and US holidays) from the date of payment approval by PayPal. Payments are accepted online via PayPal – you are not required to have a PayPal account in order to pay via credit card. Directions for using Paypal are listed here.
Five business days is a rough estimation of the time frame – depending on the complexity of your individual request, the order may take a bit longer. We strive to accomplish it sooner than the estimate; however, we do have a very active queue of work – and once payment is made, your project is placed in the queue for completion.
Due to the current demand for our services, “Rush” orders command double the original fees. This increase in fees makes up for the overtime required in order to complete a “Rush” order in the timeframe you require. You need to make arrangements for a rush order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The following are steps we take to write your resume once your resume payment has been received:
1. Develop a resume based on the information you have given to us in the order form you filled out.
2. Create a layout for your resume.
3. Minor editing to make the information clearer or more understandable.
4. Proofreading and correcting your resume.
5. Sending your resume to your email address in Word and text formats.
6. Once you have received your documents, you will be able to edit and customize the resume to your job search using Microsoft Word or Open Office. You may also want to clear up any ambiguity from our not understanding the information you provided.
You, the client, assume all responsibility for the files provided at the completion of the project. While we do our best to try to keep a backup copy of your files, it is your responsibility to backup your files. After all, we could be kidnapped tomorrow and . . . well, you know.
You are welcome to use the resume you purchased and modify it any way you see fit for your own use. You are encouraged to get your resume into as many hands as possible to help you achieve your goal of getting a job. Nothing here prevents you from mailing your resume to companies, recruitment agencies, and posting your new resume on job boards, employment services, or anywhere else.
The resume we produce for you is not available for you to reuse, offer for resale, or to profit from in any way.
